I've abandoned Pod::POM as a pod-to-html translator, and now use my own sub-class of Pod::Simple.

I've taken this oppurtunity to rework the way I disguise my email address.

Also, I've deleted notes and programs to do with updating Apache under Windows, now that I use Debian.
